Safety huber needle with single hand activation
Catheter occlusion prevention

Catheter occlusion is the most common complication in the long-term use of implantable ports. (Up to 21.5% of catheters may be occluded).(2)
Allows easy application of positive pressure during needle withdrawal thereby reducing the incidence of reflux.(1)(3)
Reduces overall procedure costs associated with fibrinolytic drugs, personnel and facility expenditures.

Needlestick prevention(5)

Virtually eliminates needlestick injuries by covering the entire needle (tip & shaft) with a protective sleeve.
Single-hand activation eliminates risk of rebound needle stick injury

Excellent visibility of access site in case of inflammation or exsudation.
